Port2Port will provide you with assistance to help guide you through your China trade.

Basic Consulting:  Including sourcing, trade tours, seminars, travel arrangements, consulting for searching business opportunities in China and Texas. Tell us what you need and we will help find it for you!  Our basic consulting fees are on a per hour basis plus expenses, if applicable.  Actual rates will be negotiated based on the complexity and anticipated duration of the consulting request.

Project Management/Development:  We will assist you in determining the who, what, where, when and how of sourcing from China.  We also have the contacts to help determine opportunities that may exist for your products in China.  Our fees are on a contract basis, usually ranging from 5%-20% of the total project scope, depending on the complexity, volume and length of time.  We can assist you with the following sourcing services:

- Trade tours / trade seminars / technical workshops       

- Assist in developing your business plan                                                                                

- Reviewing and analyzing your sourcing needs

- Aligning you with a Port2Port agent in China who will act as your liaison

- Assist in selecting candidate manufacturer / supplier / partners in China

- Assist in obtaining competitive bids from manufacturers or suppliers

- Assist in setting up Quality Assurance Systems

- Assist in coordination of air/shipping logistics, customs, tariffs, insurance and export documents
